当社は日本の京都に拠点を置き、すべての注文を同地から発送しています。

【配送業者・配送方法】
商品は、ヤマト運輸または日本郵便（※その他当ショップ指定の配送業者）にてお届けいたします。
※配送業者のご指定、および発送方法のご指定は承っておりません。

【引き渡し時期】
通常、ご注文（決済完了）から2〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。
※土日祝日は発送業務をお休みさせていただいております。
※セール期間中や長期休暇（年末年始、GW等）は、通常よりお時間をいただく場合がございます。

【配送料金】
* 1回のご注文につき、お買い上げ合計金額が10,000円（税込）以上の場合は送料無料となります。
* 10,000円未満の場合の配送料金は、決済画面にて自動計算されますのでご確認ください。

【長期不在・住所不備について】
お客様の長期不在や住所不備により商品が当ショップへ返送された場合、再発送にかかる往復送料はお客様負担となりますのでご注意ください。

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Kyoto, Japan.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays). 

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
* Carrier: Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or other designated carriers.
* Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 (tax included).
* For orders under ¥10,000, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via international express services (e.g., EMS / DHL / FedEx).
* Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
* Please note that custom duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and import clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
