We are based in Kyoto, Japan and all orders are shipped from there.

[Shipping Carrier/Method]
Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Japan Post (or other carriers designated by our shop).
*Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific shipping carriers or shipping methods.

[Delivery Time]
Typically, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement (payment completion).
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays for shipping operations.
*During sale periods or long holidays (e.g., New Year's, Golden Week), delivery may take longer than usual.

[Shipping Fees]
* For orders totaling 10,000 JPY (including tax) or more per order, domestic shipping within Japan is free.
* For orders under 10,000 JPY, please check the automatically calculated shipping fee on the payment screen.

[Long-term absence/Incorrect address]
Please note that if a product is returned to our shop due to your long-term absence or an incorrect address, the round-trip shipping cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
